Welcome to YourFlix (yourflixhq.com). By visiting our website or purchasing a subscription, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before accessing our services.

1. Service Description & Subscriptions

YourFlix provides digital access to IPTV streaming playlists, Electronic Program Guide (EPG) feeds, and cloud-hosted media indexing. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only for the duration of the purchased subscription term (1, 3, 6, 12, or 24 months).

2. Device Connections & Simultaneous Use

Each subscription plan includes a designated number of permitted concurrent connections (1, 2, or 3 devices). You agree not to exceed your purchased connection limit simultaneously. Exceeding your connection allowance may result in automated stream pausing or temporary IP rate limiting by our load-balancing system.

3. Prohibited Uses

Subscribers agree not to:

• Re-stream, rebroadcast, or publicly redistribute stream feeds to commercial venues (bars, clubs, restaurants) without a commercial licensing agreement.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or flood our streaming servers or content delivery networks.
• Share account M3U links publicly on internet forums, Discord servers, or Telegram groups.

4. Service Availability & Maintenance

While YourFlix targets 99.9% server uptime using multi-CDN clustering and automated failover, intermittent disruptions may occasionally occur due to upstream feed maintenance or DDoS mitigation. We reserve the right to perform scheduled server optimizations during off-peak hours.

5. Changes to Channels & Lineups

Television channels and video-on-demand listings may be updated, replaced, or expanded periodically without prior notice to maintain quality and eliminate offline broadcasts.

6. Limitation of Liability

YourFlix shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from internet service provider outages, hardware incompatibilities, or third-party streaming player errors.
